ZIMTSTUDIO POP UP PHOTOSHOOT – PORTRAITS WITH CHARACTER NEWHALL, HARLOW

Last year we decided to set up a pop-up studio with all the necessary equipment in Newhall, Harlow. We did a weekend of sessions in October ’23 and after a very successful weekend, decided to come back for a third round this October!

HOW DOES A ZIMTSTUDIO SESSION WORK:
We work the following way: Our session together will last around 1 hour, even though we don’t put a strict time limit. A ZimtStudio session is all about fun, so the most important thing is that the dog feels relaxed and comfortable in our studio, just like at home. During the session I always work with my assistant. Apart from being a professional photographer, we are also both dog trainers with over 10 years of experience. The well being of the animals is our top priority. We know how to make dogs feel comfortable and relaxed and by doing so, we allow for the dog’s personality to really shine through in the pictures.

In our sessions we go beyond a “pretty picture” and create portraits of dogs that truly speak about their unique personality. We bring out all those special traits and quirks that will make the owner later look at the portraits and immediately recognise their pup and what makes them so special to them.

The pop-up sessions will take place in Newhall, Harlow. The studio is on street level (converted garage) and can be accessed without any stairs. There is also access to a big private garden, where we can take breaks during the photo shoot. There are no other dogs present during the client’s session time and the dog can be off lead during the entire time. Treats and toys are waiting for them. It’s a special day for the dog, where they are the star of the show! 🙂

After the session, our work is not finished: 1 week after the session we will send the client an online gallery with a preselection of the +40 best images. The client will choose their favourites and let us know their final selection

We will then start the editing process. We need 10 working days to professionally edit the chosen photographs. This is where we give them the typical “Zimtstudio” look, which you can see here on our Instagram.

In the end, the client will receive professionally edited digital photographs without watermarks, which they can conveniently download over WeTransfer.

PACKAGES:
We offer 3 packages during our pop-up studio in Essex (all digital portraits because we will be back in Barcelona by the time of final delivery).

Our basic package is the PUPARAZZI package. The client can freely choose the background colour they like best. Here we exclusively take portraits of the dog. The client will receive 5 high resolution edited portraits in the end.The price of the package is: £150 – with the 15% discount the exclusive price for YOUR clients is: £125

The second bigger package is the ESSEX MODEL package. It includes 2 background colours and 10 portraits, which means we can combine beautiful full body shots with funny close ups and have a greater variety of expressions and poses. Should a client have 2 dogs, they can bring both to the session!. They will receive 10 high resolution edited portraits. The regular price of the package is: £200 – for your clients: £170

Should a client wish to upgrade to our most complete package, it’s the DIAMOND DOGS package. It’s the perfect package if somebody has more than 2 dogs or maybe also want to have some pictures with them – everybody can participate in this session package! The client can choose up to three background colours and will receive 15 high resolution portraits. The regular price of this package is £250, for your clients it’s: £210
